Cancellation Window
At ZGO Perfumery, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once this period has passed, your order may already be in processing or shipment, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at cs@zgoperfumery.com with your order details. Our team will assist with the cancellation process and confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order status.
Processing Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received within the specified window and your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Unsuccessful Cancellations
If the cancellation window has passed or if the order has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy once you receive it.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled due to the nature of these items. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Exceptions
In the event of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect pricing or product information), we reserve the right to cancel any order. We will promptly notify you of the cancellation and the reason for such action.
